1. Product Checking at Delivery
- Customers must check the product in front of the delivery person at the time of receiving the order.
- If any issue (damaged, defective, or wrong product) is found, it must be reported immediately.
- No complaints will be accepted after the delivery person leaves if the product was not checked.
2. Return Eligibility
You are eligible for a return or exchange only if:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received the wrong item
The product must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In its original packaging
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Product has been used or worn
- Physical damage caused after delivery
- Change of mind after receiving the product
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable in cases where a replacement is not available.
- Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds are usually completed within 5–7 working days.
5. Exchange Policy
- If eligible, the product will be exchanged with the same or similar item based on availability.
- Exchange process may take 3–5 working days after approval.
6. Return Process
To request a return or exchange:

- Provide order details and clear proof (image/video if necessary)

7. Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- For exchanges due to customer preference, additional delivery charges may apply.
