However, due to lighting effects and screen settings, there may be slight differences in color or design compared to the actual product.

2. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, our team will confirm it via phone call or message.
No order will be processed without confirmation.

3. Pricing & Payment

All product prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available within Dhaka city.
For orders outside Dhaka, advance payment may be required.

4. Delivery Policy

Delivery within Dhaka city usually takes 1–3 working days.
Outside Dhaka, delivery may take 2–4 working days.
Delivery may be delayed due to natural disasters or unexpected circumstances.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

Customers must check the product in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery.
If the product is not checked at that time, no return or exchange requests will be accepted later.
Used or damaged products are not eligible for return or exchange.

6. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order after confirmation, you must inform us as soon as possible.
Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
