1. Product Checking at Delivery

  • Customers must check the product in front of the delivery person at the time of receiving the order.
  • If any issue (damaged, defective, or wrong product) is found, it must be reported immediately.
  • No complaints will be accepted after the delivery person leaves if the product was not checked.

2. Return Eligibility

You are eligible for a return or exchange only if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item

The product must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In its original packaging

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Product has been used or worn
  • Physical damage caused after delivery
  • Change of mind after receiving the product

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable in cases where a replacement is not available.
  • Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be processed.

5. Exchange Policy

7. Delivery Charges
